“I believe every person is different – no injury and no body is ever the same – hence, not everybody responds to the same treatment in the same way. We are very complex creatures and our bodies are miracles. My massage treatments are customized to each individual.”
After receiving her associate’s degree in Physical Therapy (PT), Gosha moved to the United States and worked as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for six years in New York City. In 2000, Gosha became a Massage Therapist and started a small clinic in Hawaii. She moved her practice to Seattle in 2006 and worked as a PTA and Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT). Finally, she landed on Florida’s east coast and became an aesthetician, but it was not until she visited Sarasota that she knew where her new home would be.
Gosha offers orthopedic massage, lock and stretch technique, active isolated stretching, Reiki, therapeutic exercise, facials, peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, Ultrasonic product delivery, lash/brow tinting, waxing, paraffin treatment for hands or feet, natural skincare, and mineral makeup from Image Skincare that is paraben, additive and fragrance free. She combines aesthetics and therapeutic massage to create an individual wellness plan for each client.
Gosha’s therapeutic massage addresses chronic or acute pain, previous injuries, compensation patterns, and misalignments. She has been trained in many different techniques and styles from very deep to gentle. She creates a nurturing treatment with elements of Reiki and various relaxation techniques designed to fit the needs of every client.
